“I had a consultation with Kyle, and I was genuinely impressed by how kind, polite, and helpful he was. He took the time to clearly explain Texas tenant laws and walked me through several legal options for my situation.”

Josh Davis is a dedicated trial lawyer who fights for individuals and families when it matters most. He represents plaintiffs in cases involving the Deceptive Trade Practices Act, tenant disputes, homebuyer and homeowner claims, and serious personal injury matters. Within the first 18 months of launching his practice, Josh secured over $1,000,000 in settlements and verdicts for his clients—delivering real results and meaningful recoveries.
Josh is known for holding businesses accountable and standing up for clients who have been taken advantage of. Whether representing tenants dealing with unsafe conditions, homeowners facing construction or purchase issues, or individuals injured due to negligence, he brings a relentless, trial-ready approach to every case.
A proud native of the Bryan–College Station area, Josh grew up understanding the importance of the legal system. As the son of a former county and district judge, he witnessed firsthand the impact that skilled legal advocacy can have on people’s lives. That early exposure shaped his commitment to pursuing justice and serving others.
Josh attended Texas A&M University, where he was a member of the Corps of Cadets and Army ROTC. He graduated as a Distinguished Military Graduate, ranking first out of 73 cadets in his class, and commissioned into the United States Army as an Aviation Officer. He continued to excel, graduating at the top of his class in officer and flight training at Fort Rucker, Alabama, and earning distinction as the Honor Graduate of the UH-60 Black Hawk course.
In 2017, while deployed to Afghanistan as a MEDEVAC pilot, air assault pilot, and task force logistics officer, Josh was selected for the Army’s highly competitive Funded Legal Education Program. He went on to attend the University of Texas School of Law, where he served as an editor of the Texas Review of Law & Politics and was elected Vice President of the Texas Law Veterans Association.
After earning his law degree and passing the Texas Bar, Josh was personally sworn in by Governor Greg Abbott. He continued his service as a Judge Advocate, attending The Judge Advocate General’s Legal Center and School at the University of Virginia and serving as an Administrative Law Attorney, Brigade Legal Advisor, and Military Prosecutor.
Following his honorable retirement from the Army, Josh returned home to Bryan–College Station with his family. After practicing at his father’s firm, he transitioned his practice to focus on providing aggressive, high-quality representation to individuals who need a strong advocate in their corner.
Today, Josh combines his military discipline, trial experience, and commitment to justice to deliver results for his clients. He approaches every case with the same mindset—prepare thoroughly, fight hard, and never back down when his clients’ rights are on the line.
